How do we use this product?

HOW TO PREPARE:
Organic coconut flour is a delicious, healthy alternative to wheat and other grain flours, thus it will not cause hyperacidity like regular flour. Coconut Flour has a wide range of usages, like regular flour it can be used to make bread, cakes, pies, cookies and other baked goods. Coconut Flour can also be used in gravy as thickener, used as chocolate fillers or bulking agents and for emulsified products, such as meat loaf and sausages.


TO MAKE THE HEALTHY SWAP:

Just substitute: 1 cup flour = 1/4 cup Coconut flour. For baking and cooking, substitute 10—30% of regular flour for coconut flour, or blend with other gluten-free flours. Some recipes can be made with 100% coconut flour, however it may be dry as it naturally absorbs moisture, so it may be necessary to include additional liquid to recipes when including it.
