How do we use this product?


FRY: For a quick meal with a crunchy coating, cover the grouper fillets with seasonings and flour. Then fry it on the stove until the fish is golden brown.

SMOKE/GRILL: To make smoky grouper, rub some blackening seasoning on the fish and toss the fillets on a hot grill.

BROIL: If you need a hands-off method for cooking grouper, spread a lemon butter sauce over the fish and bake or broil it until it's flaky.
