How do we use this product?
Use as a powder in making desserts, creating mixes, soups, sauces and more! It is also great with coffee, tea and lattes.
To make liquid heavy cream: Mix 1 Tbsp of heavy cream powder with 1 Tbsp of warm water. Refrigerate and cool to desired temperature.
To make half and half: Mix 1 Tbsp of heavy cream powder with 2 Tbsp of warm water.
