How do we use this product?

Serve as a meal for the family to share.

Storage: Store everything in the chiller until ready to reheat or serve.

Shelf-life in the chiller:  5 days; Gado-gado: 2 days.

  • Jackfruit Rendang:  Reheat via steamer, stovetop, oven (10-12 minutes), or microwave (1-2 min).
  • Nasi Lemak: Remove Cucumber, Cilantro, and Sambal; and serve cold. Reheat the rest via steamer, stovetop, oven (10-12 min), or microwave (2-3 min).
  • Gado-gado: Serve cold or room temperature.



  • Jackfruit Rendang: Shallot, Onion, Turmeric, Galangal, Lemongrass, Red Chili, Garlic, Coconut Oil, Cumin, Coriander, Fennel Seed, Star Anise, Coconut, Coconut Sugar, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Sea Salt.
  • Nasi Lemak: Basmati Rice, Coconut Peanuts, Dilis, Hardboiled Egg, Cucumber, Cilantro, Homemade Sambal.
  • Gado-Gado: Kangkong, String Beans, Daikon, Bean Sprouts, Peanut Sauce (Peanut, Tamarind, Coconut Sugar, Homemade Sambal, Shrimp Paste).
