Why do we use this product?

• Made from the juice of organically grown, fully ripened Trebbiano grapes, cooked and simmered for hours to a reduction called ‘mosto cotto’ (must), then cooled in barrels and aged – turning into vinegar.
• No artificial caramel color commonly found in commercially available Balsamic Vinegars.
• Certified Organic by Biogro New Zealand.
• Ceres Organics products are NOT Genetically Engineered (GE). They have a very strict GE Free policy.

Best used for salad dressings.
