Why do we use this product?

• Not all heroes wear capes, and this SuperFruit™ is no exception. Wild Blueberries, Cranberries, Morello Cherries and Red Grapes are known for their antioxidant superpowers and we've combined them into a tasty spread that is, well—super! 75% fruit content means we put so much fruit in the jar, we only needed to add 4 g of Fair Trade cane sugar per serving.  
• This free-radical fighting powerhouse not only brings the punch of more antioxidants than a bottle of red wine, it also has oodles of whole berries and fruit pieces, giving it delightfully fresh texture. And since each jar has over 75% fruit in it, you’ll taste nothing but bright, slightly tart, organic fruit flavor!
• 33% less sugar than a preserve

How do we use this product?

This goes well on toast or for recipes that call for either a jam, jelly, preserve or marmalade: jelly-roll, sandwich cookies, used as a filling between cake layers such as in the classic Sacher torte, or thumbprint cookies.
