How do we use this product?
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach at bedtime. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) (from Griffonia simplicifolia Extract) (Seed) - 200mg, Niacin (as Niacinamide) (Vitamin B-3), Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCl), Glycine (Free-Form), Taurine (Free-Form), Inositol.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), Ascorbyl Palmitate and Silica.
