How do we use this product? 

    Mix all ingredients and simmer on low heat for about 60 minutes or until amount reduces to 3 cups. Pour the mixture into a clean jar and let it cool down.Once the mixture has cooled down, add 3 cups of honey into the jar.Keep the jar refrigeratedMake approximately 1L of Skinny Mamas Cleansing Recipe.Take 1 tablespoon daily before breakfast.
